This styling and home staging project was a particularly interesting challenge. The owners approached me with a simple request: “Can you please help us? The apartment has been on the market for almost a year.”
They could not understand why it had not sold, as it was a beautiful apartment with many great features. However, something was missing. The property lacked warmth, atmosphere, and color, making it difficult for potential buyers to imagine how inviting and comfortable the space could be.
I reassured them and said, “Leave it to me, we’ll make it work.” I then created a complete furniture plan and coordinated the entire process, including the delivery and removal of furniture, as well as the final styling of the apartment.
After the transformation, the apartment was listed on Funda on a Friday afternoon. The response was immediate: by Monday, more than 50 viewing requests had already been received.
You can probably guess the rest: within two weeks, the apartment was officially sold, and well above the asking price. A perfect example of how professional presentation, furnishing, and home staging can make a significant difference in the sale of a property.
