A mesmerizing bathroom transformation
Every successful bathroom transformation starts with a dream. In this case, the client came to Myrna Interior with the desire for a stylish, warm and unique bathroom. A place where luxury and playfulness come together, and where functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand.
Step 1: The meeting (your wishes, our inspiration)
During the first meeting, we listened to the client’s wishes and needs. What did this bathroom have to radiate? Which materials and colours appealed to them? It had to be a space where you start the day fresh and energetic in the morning, but can also relax wonderfully in the evening. Natural materials, warm wood tones and playful patterns were important starting points. This quickly led to the idea of combining fresh green tiles, a striking wallpaper and natural elements.
Step 2: The mood board (capturing the atmosphere)
After the first meeting, we put together a mood board. In this, we brought together the colours, textures and materials that would determine the atmosphere of the bathroom. Deep green tones, organic patterns and warm wood colours formed the basis. The mood board helped the client to get a visual representation of the final look and feel of the space.
Step 3: The digital 3D sketch (your bathroom brought to life)
With the help of a digital 3D sketch, we were able to bring the bathroom to life before the first tile was laid. This gave the client the opportunity to view the design in detail and make adjustments where necessary. The asymmetrical mirror with built-in lighting became a real eye-catcher, as did the combination of green herringbone tiles with the playful wallpaper. The natural stone wash basins and the copper taps added a luxurious look. This design felt right straight away!
Step 4: The realisation (from idea to reality)
Once all the details were approved, the real work began. The craftsmen realised the space to perfection. The green herringbone tiles create a dynamic look, while the wooden bathroom furniture brings warmth and tranquility. The wallpaper adds an artistic and cheerful element, giving this bathroom a unique and personal look.
A dream come true
The end result? A bathroom that is not only a feast for the eyes, but also an oasis of peace and comfort. The client was delighted with the result – and so were we! This project proves that with the right vision, creativity and craftsmanship, every space can be transformed into something special.
